In Cologne, another chocolate-tsar has had a sweet monument built for himself. Hans Imhoff founded the Schokoladenmuseum, in which you can not only learn about the most interesting background about cocoa and chocolate but also taste some sweet delicacies.
If you like it a bit rougher, however, you should have a sip on the local beer-speciality, the famous Kolsch, in one of the numerous pubs and breweries of the old town merely produced here.
