Wellness-holidays have continued to grow in popularity in this country during the past few years. We decided to take a closer look at some of the hotels offering such holidays. The hotel offers a full program of activities designed to strengthen the circulatory and respiratory systems, including water gymnastics and a so-called back school, with exercises designed specifically to strengthen the muscles of the back.
