This animated sign once stood outside Steele’s Motel, Van Nuys, California and is now in MONA’s permanent collection. MONA is located in downtown Los Angeles. From the 110 (Harbor) Freeway, exit 9th Street, go east into downtown. Turn right on Grand Ave. Free parking during regular Museum hours is available in the Renaissance Tower garage on Grand Ave. south of 9th St. The entrance to MONA is on Hope Street at Olympic Blvd. Metered parking (free on Sundays) is available along Olympic Blvd. Location: 501 W. Olympic Blvd. Hours: Wednesday through Saturday: 11:00 am to 5 pm Sunday: 12:00 to 5 pm Second Thursday of every month: 11:00 am to 8 pm The museum is closed Mondays, Tuesdays and major holidays.
